Ingredients for 2 servings
- Spicy sausages for 2
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chili flakes
- 1 bowl of shredded cheddar cheese
- 300-400 grams of pasta screws or penne
- 1/4 cup of pasta or heavy cream
- 3/4 can of chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- Sriracha sauce
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
On medium high heat add oil to a skillet. When the oil is hot add onions and sausages and fry until lightly browned.
Then add garlic and chili flakes and fry till aromatic approx 30 secs.
Add cream, broth and tomatoes. Add Sriracha and salt & pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and then put a lid on and let simmer for approx 15 mins until the pasta is tender. Stir once in a while.
Once pasta is cooked remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the cheese.
