Ingredients for 2 people
- Sliced beef, around 300 grams
 - Garlic, a few cloves
 - Mushroom, a box
 - 0.5 Onion (optional)
 - 1.5 tbsp Ligth soy sauce
 - 2.5 tbsp osyter sauce
 - some water to add in the sauce
 - Black pepper, based on preference
 
Mixing the sauce
Mix the light soy sauce with oyster sauce.
Add in a bit of water.
Add in a lot of black pepper based on your preference.
Stir stir.
Instructions

Cook the rice 45 mins in advance ( 1.5 - 2 cups)

Dice up some garlic & slice mushroom to be fried later
 - 
Start cooking
- 
Fry the garlic til brown.
 - 
Add in sliced mushroom and cook until there s some water coming out.
 - 
Add in the beef to fry for a while.
 - 
Once the beef 60% done, add in the sauce and stir til the beef is fully cooked.

Serving
 
Once the beef is cooked, server this with rice.
